Fulfillment Policy

Delivery of Service

All exercise and nutrition plans are delivered digitally through our app. Clients will typically receive their plans within 1-2 weeks, depending on the selected program start date.

Payment Structure

Clients are required to pay upfront for the entire program unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in advance.

Customer Support

Clients can contact us directly through the app for any questions or concerns.

We respond within 24 hours Monday through Friday, and within 48 hours for messages received on weekends

Cancellation Policy

Clients are not entitled to any refunds or cancellations from the program provided by GXLT LLC "The Company".

There are no fees for missed check-ins

Clients can pause their program at any time, but no refund will be provided.

They can resume the remaining portion of the program at a later date.

Refund Policy

Clients are not entitled to a refund of any kind from GXLT LLC "The Company".

All fees are non-refundable. Once the program begins, no refunds will be issued.

Program Modifications

Clients are allowed unlimited adjustments to their program as goals and progress change.

There are no additional fees for these modifications.
